When do I need to place my order?

Ideally we would ask that you place your order at least 3 weeks before your departure date. However, if this is inconvenient, please contact us at mail@thelittleconcierge.co.uk, or telephone us on; 01926 850144 and we will do our best to cater for your needs.

We are holidaying in the UK, can I still use The Little Concierge Company?

We are happy to deliver to any location within the UK. We are pleased to be able to offer delivery to any location within England, Scotland, Wales & Nothern Ireland.

Where do you deliver?

Our carrier allows us to ship to more than 200 countries and territories across the world.

How can I track my parcel?

You will receive a parcel tracking number and link directly to the courier website.

Will you confirm my parcel has arrived?

When you place your order with us, we will ask for a telephone number and email address. This will allow us to advise you when your parcel has arrived.

Can I order a product which I cannot see on your website?

Please contact us with any product requirements and we will endeavour to supply any item you require.

What if you are unable to supply a product I have ordered?

In the unlikely event we are unable to supply any item you have ordered, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

How much will it cost?

Using The Little Concierge Company is easy and inexpensive.

For deliveries within the UK, you can choose up to 30Kg of items for as little as £30.

For the majority of European countires we are able to offer a flat rate delivery charge, for example, for up to 30Kg of items;

For Belgium, Channel Islands, France, Holland, Ireland & Luxembourg, you pay just £35 for delivery

For Denmark & Germany, you pay only £40 in delivery charges

For Italy & Spain, the cost is only £45 for delivery

For Greece & Portugal, delivery will cost as little as £50

For Cyprus, Norway, Poland & Switzerland, delivery will cost just £55

For Canary Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic & Finland delivery will cost only £60.

For deliveries to the USA and Canada, you are able to order;

Up to 5Kg for £75

Up to 10Kg for £95

Up to 15Kg for £110

Up to 20Kg for £125

For deliveries in the Far East and Australasia, you are able to order;

Up to 5Kg for £75

Up to 10Kg for £95

Up to 15Kg for £110

Up to 20Kg for £125

For deliveries to the rest of the world, you are able to order;

Up to 5Kg for £85

Up to 10Kg for £115

Up to 15Kg for £140

Up to 20Kg for £165

Don't worry if you want to order more than 30Kg of items, the above figures are just an outline of the service we offer, similarly, if you don't see a particular country listed above, contact us as we deliver to over 200 countries and territories
